Custom Order Policy

Custom work is the heart of The Aesthetic Press. This policy explains how a custom order moves from your first message to a finished piece. HOW A CUSTOM ORDER WORKS 1. You submit your request or place your order. 2. We review your order details. 3. Pricing is confirmed. 4. You complete the required payment. 5. Your artwork and design information is reviewed. 6. A design proof is provided when applicable. 7. You approve the proof when one is required. 8. Production begins. 9. Your order is completed. 10. You receive a pickup or shipping notification. WHAT WE MAKE Custom apparel including t-shirts, pullovers, hoodies and long sleeve shirts when offered, along with tote bags, cups and tumblers, pens, bookmarks, aprons, stickers and labels, other personalized products, custom DTF transfers when applicable, and custom, bulk or group orders. ACCURATE ORDER INFORMATION Custom orders are produced from the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, quantities, product selections, personalization, artwork and your shipping address. Please review your details carefully before approving your order or your proof. ARTWORK You may submit your own artwork, or we can create a design for you. Artwork must be something you have the right to use and reproduce. Higher-resolution files generally produce the best results. DESIGN PROOFS When a proof is required, production begins after your approval. Please see the Design Approval Policy for what to check before approving. PROCESSING TIME Standard processing time is 7-10 business days, beginning after payment is received and any required design approval is complete. Shipping transit time is separate. Bulk and group orders may require additional processing time depending on quantity and complexity. CHANGES AFTER PRODUCTION BEGINS Changes requested after production has begun may not be possible, and may result in additional cost or a longer timeline. EVENT AND DEADLINE DATES Requested event or deadline dates are not automatically guaranteed. If you have a date in mind, tell us early and we will confirm whether it can be met. BULK, GROUP AND ORGANIZATION ORDERS We work with individuals as well as churches, schools, businesses, groups and organizations. Bulk and group orders are quoted based on product, quantity, sizes and design complexity.
