USING THIS WEBSITE You agree to use this website lawfully and to provide accurate information when you order or contact us. PRODUCTS Product colors, appearance, sizing and physical characteristics may vary slightly by manufacturer and production method. Screens also display color differently, so a finished item may not match your screen exactly. PRICING Prices shown on this website are subject to change. If an obvious pricing or calculation error occurs, we may correct it and will communicate with you before proceeding with your order. ORDERS Submitting an order means you are requesting the products or services you selected. Payment and any required order information must be completed before production begins, unless another arrangement has been approved by The Aesthetic Press. CUSTOM ORDERS Custom products are made specifically for you and are subject to the Custom Order Policy. CUSTOMER CONTENT You must have the right to submit any artwork, logo, photograph, text or other material you ask us to reproduce, and you are responsible for having permission to use it. DESIGN APPROVAL Approving a design proof confirms that you have reviewed the design information for your order. Design approval is subject to the Design Approval Policy. PAYMENT You agree to pay the amount due for your order. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and orders are marked paid only after the provider confirms the payment. SHIPPING Shipping is subject to the Shipping Policy. LOCAL PICKUP Local pickup is subject to the Local Pickup Policy. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS Refunds and cancellations are subject to the Refund Policy. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Aesthetic Press retains rights to its own branding, logos, original designs, website content, photographs and other business materials. Artwork you submit remains subject to your own rights and permissions, and we do not claim ownership of your artwork unless specifically agreed. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, internet or service interruptions, supplier and material issues, and similar events. Where we are responsible for an issue with your order, our responsibility is limited to the resolutions described in the Refund Policy.
