Order Policy

Every order at The Aesthetic Press is created for one customer at a time. This policy explains how orders are placed, paid for and prepared. PLACING AN ORDER Orders may be placed directly on shopaestheticpress.com, or through approved direct-order methods such as word of mouth, social media, text or phone. However your order reaches us, it is entered into the same system and receives the same updates. WORD-OF-MOUTH AND DIRECT ORDERS If you order outside the website, we create your order for you and send you a secure payment link by email. The link is tied only to your order and shows your exact items and the exact balance due. You do not need to create an account to pay through a secure payment link. PAYMENT Payment must be received before an order moves into production, unless a different payment arrangement has been approved by The Aesthetic Press in advance. ORDER CONFIRMATION You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been created. An order confirmation means we have your order details - it does not always mean production has started. If payment is still outstanding, your confirmation will clearly show that the order is awaiting payment. PROCESSING TIME Standard processing time is 7-10 business days. Processing begins after payment is received and, when a design proof is required, after your design approval is complete. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days. Shipping transit time is separate from processing time. Larger, bulk or unusually complex orders may need additional time, and we will let you know if your order requires a different timeline. ORDER UPDATES We send order updates by email - order received, payment link, payment confirmed, processing, in production, ready for pickup, shipped, delivered and completed. You can also check your order at any time using the tracking link in your emails. CHANGES TO AN ORDER If you need to change a quantity, size, color, product, design, personalization or shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may no longer be possible once production has begun. FULFILLMENT Orders are shipped or made available for local pickup, according to the method chosen on the order. Shipping is subject to the Shipping Policy and pickup is subject to the Local Pickup Policy.
