Shipping Policy

This policy explains how orders from The Aesthetic Press are prepared, shipped and tracked. PROCESSING TIME Standard processing time is 7-10 business days. Processing begins after payment is received and, when a proof is required, after your design approval is complete. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days. Larger, bulk or unusually complex orders may need additional time, and we will let you know if your order requires a different timeline. PROCESSING TIME IS NOT SHIPPING TIME Processing time is the time we need to create and prepare your order. Shipping time is the carrier transit time after your package leaves us. The two are separate, so please allow for both when you are ordering for a specific date. CARRIERS AND SERVICES Orders are shipped using the carrier and service selected or provided through our shipping system, which is powered by Shippo. The carrier shown on your order is the one used for your shipment. SHIPPING RATES Shipping is calculated from your order and package information along with the carrier rates available at checkout. If live rates are temporarily unavailable, the configured fallback rate may apply instead. TRACKING Once your order ships, tracking information is provided by email and on your order page when it is available from the carrier. YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, an address change may no longer be possible. DELAYS Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery. We do not guarantee carrier delivery dates unless a specific date has been confirmed with you. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos when applicable. We will review the situation with the carrier where appropriate and determine the right next step. LOCAL PICKUP Local pickup may be available as an alternative to shipping.
