Design Approval Policy

When your order includes a design proof, your approval is the final check before we begin production. REVIEWING YOUR PROOF Please review your proof carefully and confirm the spelling, names, dates, numbers, colors, design elements, product color, general placement, personalization and any other details specific to your order. APPROVING YOUR PROOF Once you approve a proof, the approved design becomes the production reference for your order. Please do not approve a proof until every change you have asked for has been made. REQUESTING CHANGES If something is not right, request changes instead of approving. Tell us exactly what should be different and we will send an updated proof. CUSTOMER-APPROVED ERRORS The Aesthetic Press is not responsible for errors that were visible on the proof you approved. TIMELINE Processing begins after your approval, so revisions can affect your timeline. Standard processing time is 7-10 business days after payment and any required design approval are complete. CHANGES AFTER APPROVAL Changes requested after approval may not be possible once production has begun. Where a major design change is requested after approval, additional charges may apply when appropriate. REVISIONS Reasonable revisions are part of the design process, and the number of revisions included depends on the scope of your order. We will always tell you if a requested change falls outside what your order includes.
