Local pickup may be available for eligible orders as an alternative to shipping. CHOOSING LOCAL PICKUP Local pickup can be selected at checkout when it is available for your order. There is no shipping charge on a pickup order. WAIT FOR YOUR READY FOR PICKUP NOTIFICATION Your order is not ready until you receive a Ready for Pickup notification by email. Please do not arrive before you receive it. PICKUP LOCATION AND INSTRUCTIONS For privacy and safety, the pickup location is not published on this website. Your pickup location and instructions are provided privately in your Ready for Pickup notification. Please review those details before you arrive. PROCESSING TIME Standard processing time is 7-10 business days, beginning after payment is received and any required design approval is complete. SOMEONE ELSE PICKING UP If someone else is collecting your order, let us know their name in advance so we can release the order to them. UNCOLLECTED ORDERS If you are unable to pick up your order within the time described in your notification, contact us and we will arrange another time or discuss shipping it to you instead.
